I'm starting an RPG please participate.

RULES: No godmoding, you can't be invincible, if you die you can make a new character, be respectful.

THE STORY

The year is 4099 and the Federation has ordered a giant search for the key of Ursalia. The key will open the gates to the ancient city which is said to contain millions of years worth of gold, jewelry, and other priceless treasures. The Federation will use the key to unlock Ursalia and add the gold to the circulation of their government. Another group, the Rebels, want to destroy the key so no one can get the treasure. Who will you side with? the Feds, Rebs, or will you be independent to keep it for yourself?

Name: Thomas Gollfarian
Age: 27
Alliance: Rebels
Weaponry: A Pt-945 speed cruiser equipped with a hull blasting laser and turbo speed. (Not to mention lasers.) When out of his ship, he carries a sixteen shot shotgun and a laser axe.
Bio: Ran away from home when he was three, Thomas bought a ship and a gun and went on his merry way.

Thomas put his ship on auto-pilot and cruised toward Usalia. He was certain the key was there.

John Stormcastle

Age: 25
Alliance: Rebels
Weaponry: Mach 23 Star Cruiser W/ Mach 18 hyper and warp drives, X-Wing modification, proton cannons attached to each wing, dual plasma beams mounted on front, rear plasma missiles, and the latest in force-field technology.

Weaponry(when not flying): shoulder rested proton cannon, dual double-barrel plasma lasers, dual high powered stun-guns, and infinite supply of proximity mines.

Bio: wandered into forest when he was 2, and was raised by wolfs, at the age of 13 he started on his journey to be a hero.

John heard about the hunt for the key and followed and underground sewage system in his star ship to Ursailia to find and destroy the key.

Thomas! John barked over the radio in his ship. Thomas! Do you read me? Touchdown to the harbor is in 12 minutes!

12 minutes later, Thomas and John touchdown on the harbor to find a destroyed Ursailia city.

"Wow." thomas said. "Looks like someone got here before us."

"Well, 'guess we should look for some answers and survivors. " John said.

Suddenly, a giaant crow-like bird swooped at Thomas. Thomas ducked, then turned around and shot the bird. Unfortunately, the shot just bounced and the bird came back for some more.

"god damnit that's a fast bird, but im faster!!!" shouted john, who grabbed his dual double-barreled plasma lasers and fried the bird into nothing.

Name: Zilas Sornor
Age: 27
Alliance: Rebels
Weapons: A high-powered, scoped, laser beam sniper rifle.
Bio: Heavily under cover rebel espionage officer, Zilas had been under cover for weeks. Hoping to find the key and assasinate several Federation leaders for the rebel cause.

In the ruins of the city, Zilas slowly came out of the bunker and peered through his scope at the two figures.
